Assigned to Battery D, 12th Antiaircraft training Battalion December 1942
1943 North Africa - Left Camp Kilmer on Friday March 5th, 1943 - Arrived in Oran on Saturday March 20th, 1943 ( Ship: Anne Arundel)
1944 - 45 Europe - Italy, France, Belgium, Germany
August 28, 1945 left England on the ship, Florence Nightengale to France. Left Camp Top Hat and boarded the Victory Ship, SS. Claymont on Sunday September 23rd. Sailed from the port of Antwerp, Belgium the following morning and arrived in New York on October 2nd, 1945.
